1. Self-Concept Snapshot
- Write five words that describe how you see yourself (your self-image). Are they mostly positive, neutral, or negative?
- Think of one person whose feedback has significantly shaped your self-concept. What did they communicate — and how?
- Rate your current self-esteem on a scale of 1–10. What one experience most influenced that rating?
- Identify one area where your self-image may differ from how others see you. What evidence supports this gap?
- How has your self-concept changed in the past two years? What communication experiences drove the change?
